Depth of Field

This photograph was taken by Perou who is a famous photographer, recently he's done the show dirty sexy things.
Depth of Field means the space and distance between the object closest to the camera and the object furthest away.
The depth of field in this photograph isn't really short because there is a lot of detail in between the nearest object (the side of the road/ the grass) and the object furthest away (the tops of the houses and the sky). The main focal point in this photograph is positioned in the middle of the 2 objects, as the writing really catches your attention. The colours in this picture are really neutral, they're mostly all green and whites. I like how the colours arent particularly bright like most photographs are and how the writing is just scrawled onto the wall. This photograph is really simple and it shows a typical city with the graffiti and the dirty walls, the photographer isn't trying to hide the reality of whats really there, which is why this photo stands out for me.
